We acknowledge that the land on which the 418 Squadron Association stands is Treaty 6 territory, the traditional meeting ground, and home for many Indigenous peoples. This includes the Nêhiyawak (Cree), Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, and Nakota Sioux Peoples. We pay our respects to the First Nations and Métis ancestors of this place and reaffirm our relationship with one another. We recognize the land as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
